1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and PLAYMKRS ("we", "us"), which runs TailMe at tailme.co. They apply when you create an account, build a page, or visit a page hosted on TailMe.

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use TailMe.

2. Who can use TailMe

You must be at least 18 to use TailMe, or 21 if you are in the United States. You must also be old enough to bet legally where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract.

You may only use TailMe where doing so is legal. Sports betting and its promotion are restricted in many places. It's your responsibility to check the rules that apply to you and to the people you reach.

3. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email, so keep access to that inbox secure. You're responsible for everything done through your account.

Use accurate details, keep one account per person or brand, and don't share or sell your account. Tell us straight away at support@tailme.co if you think someone else has accessed it.

4. Your page and content

You own what you put on your page: your words, images, plays, records and links. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, resize and share that content so we can run TailMe, including showing previews when your link is shared. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.

You're responsible for your content and for making sure you have the right to use it. In particular:

  • Records are self-reported. TailMe labels them as self-reported and does not check them. Your figures must be honest and must not be misleading. Don't invent, cherry-pick or alter results.
  • No guaranteed-profit claims. Don't promise or imply that following you guarantees winnings or income.
  • Advertising rules apply to you. If you promote sportsbooks, bonus offers or affiliate links, you must follow the advertising and gambling rules where you and your audience are. In the UK that includes the CAP Code and the Gambling Commission's rules for affiliates. In the US it includes state rules. Keep the "Ad" labels, age limits and terms TailMe adds to offers.
  • Never target minors or people who have self-excluded from gambling.
  • Your links are yours. You keep any referral or affiliate income from your links. TailMe doesn't take a cut.

5. What's not allowed

You must not use TailMe to:

  • break the law or help anyone else break it, including promoting unlicensed or illegal gambling operators;
  • publish false, fabricated or misleading records, reviews or testimonials;
  • scam, phish or defraud anyone, or collect payments or personal details under false pretences;
  • impersonate another person, brand or tipster;
  • share content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • link to malware or harmful sites, send spam, or try to break, overload or get around the security of TailMe.

6. Betting disclaimer

TailMe is a link-in-bio tool. We are not a gambling operator: we don't take bets, set odds, give betting advice or hold anyone's money.

Plays, records and opinions on capper pages belong to the capper who posted them, not to us. Past results don't guarantee future results, and betting carries the risk of losing money. Only bet what you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, free, confidential help is available: Gambling problem? Call 1-800-GAMBLER.

7. Payments between cappers and members

When a visitor joins a capper's paid group or buys from them, that sale happens on another service such as Whop, DubClub, Winible, Buildr, Patreon or Stripe. TailMe is not a party to that sale and doesn't handle the money. Refunds, cancellations and disputes are between the buyer, the capper and that service.

8. Plans and billing

TailMe has a free plan and paid Pro and Elite plans. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider Stripe. They renew automatically until you cancel.

  • You can cancel any time from Settings → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then moves to Free.
  • We don't give refunds for part-used periods, except where the law requires it. If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, your statutory rights are not affected.
  • If we change prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before the change affects your next payment.
  • If a plan ends, paid features (such as designs, Pro blocks or a custom domain) switch off, but your content is kept.

9. Custom domains

If you connect your own domain on Elite, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. You're responsible for its DNS settings and renewal. We may disconnect a domain that breaks these terms or stops pointing at TailMe.

10. Visits, clicks and analytics

To show you analytics and keep TailMe safe, we count visits to pages and clicks on links. Links on pages go through a short redirect so clicks can be counted. The redirect sends visitors to the exact link you added, unchanged. Our Privacy Policy explains what we record.

11. Suspending or closing accounts

We may remove content, hide a page, or suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms or the law, puts people at risk, or exposes us to legal liability. Where it's appropriate and safe, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix things.

You can stop using TailMe at any time. To delete your account and page, contact us from the Help tab or at support@tailme.co.

12. Our name and software

TailMe, its logo, design and software belong to PLAYMKRS. These terms don't give you any rights to them, except to use TailMe as intended. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

13. Our responsibility to you

We work hard to keep TailMe running, but it's provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We aren't responsible for other people's content, for third-party services you link to, or for any bets, purchases or decisions made using information on TailMe.

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of £100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or for indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as TailMe changes. If a change is significant, we'll let you know by email or in your dashboard before it takes effect. If you keep using TailMe after that, the new terms apply.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you can also bring proceedings where you live, and you keep any mandatory protections of your local law.

Questions? Email support@tailme.co or use the Help tab in your dashboard. See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

TailMe is for people 21 and over. We're a link-in-bio tool: we don't take bets, offer gambling services or handle payments between cappers and their members. Records on capper pages are self-reported. Gambling problem? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Must be 21+ and in a state where sports betting is legal.
