Upgrade, change or cancel your plan
Upgrade to Pro or Elite, switch plans, update your card, download invoices or cancel, all from Plan and billing.
Manage everything from Plan and billing in your dashboard's account menu.
Upgrade
- Go to Plan and billing and choose Monthly or Yearly.
- Choose Choose Pro or Choose Elite.
- Pay securely with Stripe. You can enter a promo code at checkout.
Everything unlocks straight away.
Switch plans
Choose Change plan. You'll see what you pay today before you confirm: upgrading charges the difference, and downgrading credits unused time. Changes happen straight away.
Update your card
Choose Update card, enter the new card and choose Save card. If a payment fails, you'll see a message asking you to update your card so you keep your plan.
Invoices
Your invoices are listed under Invoices, with Download PDF and Pay now for anything due. They're also in Settings → Plan → Billing history.
Cancel
Choose Cancel plan, then Cancel at end of period. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Changed your mind? Choose Keep my plan before it ends.
What happens when a plan ends
Your page stays live on the free plan. Pro and Elite blocks are hidden, your design goes back to Pitch, and page tabs and your custom domain switch off. Your blocks and settings are kept, so everything comes back if you upgrade again.
