Collect email sign-ups (Elite)

The Newsletter sign-up block lets visitors join your email list straight from your page. It's an Elite feature.

Add the form

1. Choose Add block and pick Newsletter sign-up.
2. On the Form tab, set the heading, description, what they get, button text and thank-you message.

Choose where sign-ups go

On the Connection tab, pick Send sign-ups to:

• TailMe list: emails are kept in your dashboard under Subscribers
• beehiiv: add your API key and Publication ID
• Mailchimp: add your API key and Audience ID
• Kit (ConvertKit): add your API key (v3) and Form ID

You can turn on double opt-in for beehiiv and Mailchimp. Choose Save and test connection to check it works.

See your subscribers

Go to Subscribers in your dashboard to search sign-ups, see where each one was sent and Download CSV. The list shows the newest 500 and the CSV includes everyone.

Removing someone in TailMe takes them off your TailMe list only, not off your email service.
